Our Story
Pflugerville DealerHub started with a 4-acre parcel at 5807 Cele Road in Pflugerville, Texas. The property came with an existing home built in the 1960s — instead of tearing it down, we're restoring it: fresh paint, newly stained concrete floors, and four private offices built out to meet Texas's dealer licensing requirements.
In front of and alongside the house, we've cleared, leveled, and graveled roughly 1.5 acres to support vehicle staging, leasable tire/auto/body shop space, and secure outdoor RV and boat storage.
Our model is inspired by the shared automotive real estate approach used by operators like TxPOD across Texas — purpose-built, compliant space that lets independent dealers and small operators focus on running their business instead of managing real estate.
