The property came with an existing home built in the 1960s — instead of tearing it down, we're restoring it: fresh paint, newly stained concrete floors, and four private offices built out to meet Texas's dealer licensing requirements.
In front of and alongside the house, we've cleared, leveled, and graveled roughly 1.5 acres to support vehicle staging, a repair & body shop, and secure outdoor RV and boat storage.
